摘 要:依托某大桥工程,研究了黏度改性材料对大体积混凝土性能的影响,设计了不同配合比,并建立了大体积混凝土仿真模型,分析了环境温度、管冷温度及流量对大体积混凝土水化热温度效应的影响。结果表明:黏度改性材料可以有效降低混凝土的峰值温度,但在一定程度上抑制了胶凝材料的早期水化反应;当黏度改性材料与抗裂剂复配时,混凝土的力学性能呈早期相对较弱、后期较强的趋势;环境温度对混凝土峰值温度的影响相对较小,随着环境温度的增加,混凝土的表面温度增加,表里温差降低;设置管冷可以降低混凝土峰值温度、表面温度和表里温差;随着管冷温度的升高,混凝土的峰值温度增加;随着管冷流量的增加,混凝土的峰值温度降低,但管冷的降温效果逐渐减弱,裂缝指数降低。The influence of viscosity modified materials on the performance of mass concrete in specific bridge project was studied.Various mix proportions were designed,and a simulation model of mass concrete was established.The effects of environmental temperature,pipe cooling temperature,and flow rate on the hydration heat temperature of mass concrete were analyzed.The results indicate that viscosity modified materials can effectively reduce the peak temperature of concrete,but inhibit the early hydration reaction of cementitious materials to some extent.When combined with crack resistance agents,viscosity modified materials result in relatively weaker mechanical properties in the early stages and stronger mechanical properties in the later stages.The influence of ambient temperature on the peak temperature of concrete is relatively small.As the ambient temperature increases,the surface temperature of concrete increases,and the temperature difference between the surface and interior decreases.Setting up pipe cooling can reduce the peak temperature,surface temperature,and surface to interior temperature difference of concrete.With the increase of pipe cooling temperature,the peak temperature of concrete increases.As the flow rate of pipe cooling increases,the peak temperature of concrete decreases,but the cooling effect of pipe cooling gradually weakens,leading to a reduction in the crack index.
