摘  要:制备了超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)-再生骨料混凝土(RAC)叠合楼板试件,研究了UHTCC层的厚度(0、10、20 mm)和纤维种类(PE纤维、PVA纤维、钢纤维)对RAC的约束效果,分析了浆体的流动度和试件的轴压性能,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:纤维的掺入降低了浆体的流动度;UHTCC能有效约束RAC破坏,使RAC的破坏模式从脆性破坏转变为纵向剪切及横向屈曲联合破坏;与PE纤维和钢纤维相比,PVA纤维对试件延性的改善效果更好。Ultra-high toughness cement-based composite material(UHTCC)-recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)composite floor slab specimens were prepared,and the confinement effects of varying UHTCC layer thickness(0,10,20 mm)and different fiber types(PE fiber,PVA fiber,steel fiber)on RAC were studied.The flowability of the slurry and the axial compression performance of the specimens were evaluated,along with microscopic analysis.The results indicate that the addition of fibers decreases the flowability of the slurry.UHTCC can effectively mitigate the failure of RAC,altering its failure mode from brittle failure to a combination of longitudinal shear and transverse buckling failure.Among the fiber types,PVA fiber exhibits superior performance in enhancing the ductility of specimens.
