摘  要:通过正交试验研究了减水剂用量(2.1~2.5 g)、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)用量(0.8~1.2 g)、不同粒径(0.08~0.30 mm、0.30~0.60 mm)砂用量对水泥基自流平砂浆流动度的影响。结果表明:HPMC用量对水泥基自流平砂浆流动度的影响最大,其次为减水剂用量,最后为不同粒径砂用量;优化后的水泥基自流平砂浆配合比组合为减水剂用量2.3 g、HPMC用量1.0 g、粒径0.08~0.30 mm砂用量460 g、不掺粒径0.30~0.60 mm砂,其初始、20 min流动度分别为151 mm、134 mm,满足相关标准要求。The effects of water reducing agent dosage(2.1~2.5 g),hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether(HPMC)dosage(0.8~1.2 g),and sand dosage with different particle sizes(0.08~0.30 mm,0.30~0.60 mm)on the flowability of cementitious self-levelling mortar were investigated through orthogonal experiments.The results show that the HPMC dosage has the most significant impact on the flowability,followed by the water reducing agent dosage,and lastly the sand dosage with different particle sizes.The optimized mix proportion of cementitious self-levelling mortar is 2.3 g of water reducing agent,1.0 g of HPMC,460 g of sand with particle size of 0.08~0.30 mm,and no sand with particle size of 0.30~0.60 mm.Under those conditions,the initial and 20 min flowability are 151 mm and 134 mm,respectively,which meets the requirements of the relevant standard.
