摘  要:研究了粉磨时间对循环流化床粉煤灰(CFB灰)性能及水化特性的影响。结果表明:随着粉磨时间的增加,CFB灰颗粒变细,表面粗糙程度降低,28 d强度活性指数基本呈先增大后减小的趋势,最佳粉磨时间为4 min;适当时间的粉磨处理使得水泥-CFB灰复合胶凝材料的水化诱导期延长,累计放热量减小,水化产物C-S-H、AFt的生成量增多;水泥-CFB灰复合胶凝材料的早期反应以水泥水化为主,CFB灰主要起微集料填充效应,随着龄期的增加,CFB灰的火山灰活性增强。The influence of grinding time on the performance and hydration characteristics of circulating fluidized bed fly ash(CFB ash)was studied.The results show that with the increase of grinding time,the CFB ash particles become finer,the surface roughness decreases,and the 28 d strength activity index show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the optimal grinding time is 4 min.Appropriate time for grinding treatment prolongs the hydration induction period of cement-CFB ash composite cementitious materials,reduces the cumulative heat release,and increases the generation of hydration products C-S-H and AFt.The early reaction of cement-CFB ash composite cementitious material is mainly cement hydration,and CFB ash mainly plays a role in micro aggregate filling.With the increase of age,the volcanic ash activity of CFB ash increases.
