摘 要:针对箱式火箭炮供弹自动化能力不足以及效率低下的问题,设计了一款供弹迅速、结构紧凑、自动化程度高的气动供弹装置。该装置利用高压气体实现快速供弹的功能,可以提高火箭炮的饱和打击能力。完成气动供弹装置的结构设计及供弹过程动力学特性的分析。使用SolidWorks对供弹装置进行建模,并对其进行力学计算,初步计算出气瓶压力,为仿真分析提供参考。运用FLUENT、ABAQUS、ADAMS仿真软件分析供弹过程中弹丸的作用力、速度、加速度和位移等动力学特性。仿真结果表明:该装置能达到快速供弹的要求且极大地提高了供弹效率,对于实现快速供弹以及其他供输行业及工作具有实际指导意义。In order to address the problem of insufficient automatic ammunition feeding in box-fired artillery,this paper proposes the design of a pneumatic ammunition feeding mechanism that features rapid feeding,a compact structure,and high automation.The paper focuses on the structural design of the pneumatic bomb feeding device and analyzes its dynamic characteristics during the feeding process.During the design phase,SOLIDWORKS was utilized for modeling the projectile feeding device,and mechanical calculations were conducted to determine the cylinder pressure,providing a basis for simulation analysis.Dynamic simulation software such as Fluent,Abaqus,Adams,and others were employed to analyze the dynamic characteristics such as force,velocity,acceleration,and displacement of the projectile during the feeding process.The results demonstrate the device′s feasibility and its capability to meet the requirements for rapid automatic ammunition feeding,offering practical gui-dance for implementing rapid automatic ammunition supply and other related industries and operations.
