摘  要:针对某型舰炮在试验过程中发生的击针断裂问题,通过宏观断口和微观形貌观测对断裂击针进行了失效分析,确定了击针断裂的性质和产生原因。由于机加车痕和腐蚀坑的存在,使击针存在应力集中,在频繁受力过程中疲劳断裂。为了分析机加车痕对击针疲劳寿命的影响,运用ABAQUS软件分别对有、无车痕击针的疲劳寿命进行仿真计算,结果表明击针表面车痕的存在,会降低击针的疲劳寿命。针对此问题笔者对击针结构和工艺进行了优化,通过仿真对优化后击针的疲劳寿命进行了验证,结果表明优化后的击针疲劳寿命远大于原状态击针,验证了措施的有效性。This article focuses on the problem of firing pin fracture during the testing process of a naval gun.Through macroscopic fracture and microscopic morphology observation,the failure analysis of the broken firing pin was conducted,and the nature and cause of firing pin fracture were determined to be the presence of machining marks and corrosion pits,which caused stress concentration in the firing pin.Therefore,the firing pin saw fatigue fracture of the firing pin during frequent stressing processes.In order to analyze the influence of machining marks on the fatigue life of the firing pin,ABAQUS software was used to simulate the fatigue life of the firing pin with and without the marks.The results show that the existence of machining marks on the surface of the firing pin will reduce the fatigue life of the firing pin.In response to this issue,the author optimized the structure and machining process of the firing pin,and verified the fatigue life of the optimized firing pin through simulation.The results show that the fatigue life of the optimized firing pin is much longer than that of the original firing pin,verifying the effectiveness of the measures.
