摘 要:采用不同掺量、不同浓度的成孔剂制备了水泥基多孔材料,通过强度测试、压汞试验、XRD、热分析、扫描电镜等方法,研究了成孔剂对水泥基多孔材料孔结构及性能的影响。结果表明:在相同成孔剂掺量下,随着成孔剂浓度的增加,试件的孔隙率减小,孔径范围变窄,累计孔容减小,平均孔径减小,抗压强度增加;当成孔剂掺量为40%时,随着成孔剂浓度的增加,试件的导热系数呈先增加后降低的趋势;当成孔剂掺量为80%时,随着成孔剂浓度的增加,试件的导热系数呈增加趋势;通过提高成孔剂浓度可调控水泥基多孔材料的力学性能和保温隔热性能。Cementitious porous materials were prepared using different dosages and concentrations of pore-forming agent.The effects of pore-forming agent on the pore structure and properties of cementitious porous materials were studied by using the methods of strength testing,mercury intrusion testing,XRD,thermal analysis,scanning electron microscopy.The results show that under the same dosage of pore-forming agent,as the concentration of pore-forming agent increases,the porosity of the specimen decreases,the pore size range narrowes,the cumulative pore volume decreases,the average pore size decreases,and the compressive strength increases.When the dosage of pore-forming agent is 40%,the thermal conductivity of the specimen shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of pore-forming agent concentration.When the dosage of pore-forming agent is 80%,the thermal conductivity of the specimen increases with the increase of pore-forming agent concentration.By increasing the concentration of pore-forming agents,the mechanical properties and thermal insulation performance of cementitious porous materials can be controlled.
