小芯样钻芯法检测混合料抗压强度试验研究

摘　　要：用第Ⅲ类灌浆料分别整体替代30%、50%的C30混凝土配制了混合料,设计制作了72个试块和4面实体墙,并从实体墙中钻取了直径分别为50 mm和70 mm的芯样(高径比为1)各96个,测试了试块和芯样的抗压强度,并建立了二者之间的换算关系。结果表明:混合料抗压强度前期增速较快,后期增速减缓;与直径70 mm的芯样相比,直径50 mm芯样的抗压强度较低,变异系数较高;采用幂函数对芯样与试块之间的抗压强度换算关系进行拟合的效果较好;实际工程中,当采用小芯样对混合料结构或构件进行检测时,建议直径50 mm和70 mm芯样的取样量分别不宜低于20个和15个。A mixture was prepared by replacing 30%and 50%of C30 concrete with ClassⅢgrouting material.72 specimens and 4 solid walls were designed and fabricated,and 96 core samples with diameters of 50 mm or 70 mm(height to diameter ratio of 1)were drilled from the solid walls.The compressive strength of the specimens and core samples was tested,and a conversion relationship between the two was established.The results show that the compressive strength of the mixture increases rapidly in the early stage and slows down in the later stage.Compared with the core sample with the diameter of 70 mm,the compressive strength of the core sample with the diameter of 50 mm is lower and the coefficient of variation is higher.The fitting effect of using power function to convert the compressive strength between the core sample and the specimen is good.In practical engineering,when using small core samples to test the structures or components,it is recommended that the sampling quantities of 50 mm and 70 mm core samples should not be less than 20 and 15,respectively.
