摘 要:为进一步推广50%橡胶改性沥青的应用,以软化油、交联剂以及SBS等为外加助剂,制备性能优良的50%掺量橡胶沥青,以48 h离析软化点差、25℃针入度、软化点和5℃延度作为参考指标,通过正交试验与次序评分法对50%橡胶沥青的制备方案和工艺的关键参数进行研究,并通过红外光谱试验、热稳定性试验和DSR试验对50%橡胶改性沥青的各项性能进行研究。结果表明:1)SBS与交联剂的用量对50%胶粉掺量橡胶沥青综合性能影响显著,其次是软化油掺量,补强剂掺量对橡胶沥青的针入度指标影响显著,但对其综合性能的影响较小;2)综合考虑橡胶沥青的针入度、软化点、延度三大指标,以及各项助剂价格等因素,确定50%橡胶沥青最佳制备方案为补强剂掺量为8‰、软化油掺量为0.25%、交联剂掺量为2%、SBS掺量为1%;3)根据正交试验与次序评分法得出,剪切速率与剪切时间是50%橡胶沥青性能的主要影响因素,且最佳制备工艺为剪切速率7000 rpm、剪切时间10 min、溶胀温度220℃、溶胀时间60 min;4)50%橡胶沥青的制备过程主要是物理混合过程,但也存在胶粉的降解等化学反应;5)制备的50%胶粉掺量橡胶沥青的热稳定性与抗疲劳性能均满足规范要求。In order to popularize 50%content of rubber asphalt,softening oil,crosslinking agent and SBS are used as additive to prepare 50%content rubber asphalt with good performance.Through orthogonal test and order scoring method,the preparation scheme and key parameters of 50%rubber powder content rubber asphalt were studied.In the study,48 h segregation softening point difference,25℃penetration,softening point and 5℃ductility were used as reference indexes.The properties of high content rubber asphalt were studied by infrared spectrum test,thermal stability test and DSR test.The results show that:1)The dosage of SBS and crosslinker has a significant effect on the comprehensive properties of rubber asphalt with 50%rubber powder content,followed by softening oil content.Reinforcing agent has a significant effect on the penetration index of high content rubber asphalt,but it has little effect on its comprehensive properties;2)Considering the injection degree,softening point and elongation index of high-content rubber asphalt,the best preparation scheme of high-content rubber asphalt is as follows:the content of reinforcing agent is 8‰,the content of softening oil is 0.25%,the content of crosslinking agent is 2%,and the content of SBS is 1%;3)According to orthogonal test and order scoring method,the main factors affecting the properties of high content rubber asphalt are shear rate and shear time.The optimal preparation process is as follows:the shear rate is 7000 rpm,the shear time is 10 min,the swelling temperature is 220℃,and the swelling time is 60 min;4)The physical mixing process is the main part of the preparation process of 50%rubber asphalt,and there is degradation reaction of rubber powder in the preparation process;5)The thermal stability and fatigue resistance of 50%rubber powder content rubber asphalt meet the requirements of the specification.
