摘  要:随着大跨径桥梁的长期运营,正交异性钢桥面系逐渐出现疲劳现象,润扬大桥采用超高性能混凝土RBPC钢桥面铺装养护置换升级,基于钢桥面系服役感知系统,分析了不同轴载及温度作用下钢桥面板和铺装的结构响应,并开展了长期性能跟踪评估分析。研究结果表明:1)在标准轴载10 t作用下,RBPC比环氧铺装的钢板焊缝应变减少100με左右,钢板肋间挠度减少约0.1 mm,钢桥面结构刚度提升1倍以上;2)RBPC铺装的温度敏感性小于环氧类铺装,不同温度影响下的RBPC铺装层应力均<20 MPa,铺装层应变在95με以内,具有良好的强度冗余性;3)根据历年长期监测数据显示,RBPC铺装下的钢板结构响应状况稳定,钢桥面板始终保持10 MPa以下低应力和0.2 mm以内小变形状态,表明超高性能混凝土RBPC整体结构性能稳定,并具有良好的耐久性。With the long-term operation of large-span bridges,fatigue phenomenon gradually occurs in the orthotropic steel bridge deck system.Runyang bridge adopts ultra-high performance concrete RBPC steel bridge deck pavement for maintenance and replacement upgrading.This article is based on the service perception system of steel bridge deck system,analyzing the structural response of steel bridge deck and pavement under different axle loads and temperature effects,and conducting long-term performance tracking and evaluation analysis.The research results indicate that:1)Under the standard axle load of 10 t,the strain of the weld seam of RBPC steel plate is reduced by about 100%μεcompared to that of epoxy pavement steel plate,the deflection between the steel plate ribs is reduced by about 0.1 mm,and the stiffness of the steel bridge deck structure is increased by more than twice;2)The temperature sensitivity of RBPC pavement is lower than that of epoxy pavement.The stress of steel bars in RBPC pavement layer under different temperature effects is less than 20 MPa,and the strain of pavement layer is within 95με,it has good strength redundancy;3)According to long-term monitoring data over the years,the response of the steel plate structure under RBPC paving is stable,and the steel bridge deck always maintains a low stress below 10 MPa and a small deformation within 0.2 mm,indicating that the overall structural performance of ultra-high performance concrete RBPC is stable and has good durability.
