摘  要:为探讨数字孪生技术在装配式桥梁工程领域的应用现状与发展趋势,通过综述数字孪生智慧梁场技术的研究成果,明确了其系统总体架构设计,分析了BIM、GIS、IOT、AI技术在数字孪生智慧梁场管理系统中的应用,并展望了数字孪生智慧梁场技术的主要研究方向。分析表明:1)底层关键数据全方位采集是构建数字孪生模型的基础,突破感知设备全天候、高精度、多场景和多目标的研发是关键;2)运用AI、边缘计算和IOT等技术进一步开发设计及优化算法模型,准确模拟、预测物理实体动态行为;3)构建新型数据存储与融合技术,增强数字孪生模型的实效性,实现数字孪生多场景仿真和应急响应,以推动数字孪生智慧梁场的进一步发展和应用。To explore the current application status and development trends of digital twin technology in the field of prefabricated bridge engineering,this study reviews the research achievements in digital twin smart beam yard technology.It clarifies the overall system architecture design and analyzes the application of BIM,GIS,IoT,and AI technologies in the digital twin smart beam yard management system.Furthermore,it looks forward to the main research directions of digital twin smart beam yard technology.The analysis indicates that:1)Comprehensive collection of underlying key data is the foundation for constructing a digital twin model,with the breakthrough in the development of sensing equipment for allweather,high-precision,multi-scenario,and multi-objective applications being crucial;2)The use of AI,edge computing,and IoT technologies to further develop and optimize algorithm models,accurately simulating and predicting the dynamic behavior of physical entities;3)The construction of new data storage and fusion technologies to enhance the effectiveness of digital twin models,enabling multi-scenario simulation and emergency response,thereby promoting the further development and application of digital twin smart beam yards.
