摘 要:伴随科技革命的日益临近和交通强国战略的深入推进,城市交通行业不仅被赋予更加丰富的内涵和使命,也成为创新产业集群的重要栖息地,从而面临更加复杂的行业技术管理任务。理解城市交通所具有的在“物理—信息—社会”三元空间中的复杂适应系统控制特征属性,将智慧交通的任务设定为采用技术和政策手段解决综合性社会问题,在“智能控制—智能服务—智能治理”三层级系统架构基础上,促成交通理论与人工智能理论的“共生发展”关系,有助于辨识行业技术发展和学科研究的方向。同时,为了构建良好的创新产业集群生长环境,夯实承载基座,需要高度重视城市交通信息空间建设,推动基础设施、组织机制、知识生成过程和内容结构等要素的体系化。With the approaching technological revolution and the further advancement of the transportation-driven development strategy,urban transportation has not only been endowed with richer connotations and bigger missions,but has also become an important habitat for innovative industrial clusters,thus facing more complex tasks of industry technical management.To help identify the direction of industry technology development and transportation research,it is necessary to understand the characteristics of urban transportation as a complex adaptive system in the three-dimensional space of"physics-information-society",solve comprehensive social problems with technological and policy means through smart transportation,and promote the"symbiotic development"between transportation theory and artificial intelligence theory based on the three-level framework of"smart control-smart service-smart governance".To build a good environment and consolidate the foundation for the growth of innovative industrial clusters,it is also necessary to attach great importance to the construction of urban transportation information space and promote the systematization of elements such as infrastructure,organizational mechanism,knowledge generation,and content structure.
