高性能纤维增强剂对城市轨道交通车辆涂料防滑性能的影响

摘  要:[目的]城市轨道车辆防滑涂料大多涂覆在被接触物体表面,形成一个摩擦因数较高的防滑表面,以增加表面粗糙度,大幅度提高摩擦力,进而提高表面的防滑性能。随着城市轨道交通车辆技术的持续发展,有必要对车辆防滑涂料的相关助剂进行深入研究。[方法]以SiC(碳化硅)短纤维与常规防滑颗粒混合物为研究对象,在环氧树脂中添加SiC短纤维高性能纤维增强剂,并进行了相关的试验。介绍了试验的原料配方、仪器及测试程序,研究了纤维增强剂取不同质量分数值时对涂料的综合性能、耐老化性能、耐磨性、摩擦因数的影响。研究了涂料干燥状态(以下简称“干态”)、潮湿状态(以下简称“湿态”)2种状态下纤维增强剂用量对涂料摩擦因数的影响。[结果及结论]随着纤维增强剂质量分数增加,防滑漆的耐老化性能明显提升,且在质量分数为10%时漆膜涂层的摩擦因数最大。随着纤维增强剂质量分数的增加,涂料的磨损量呈现先减少后增加的变化趋势,且在纤维增强剂的质量分数为5%时,漆膜涂层的磨损量最小。随着纤维增强剂质量分数的增加,干态和湿态下漆膜涂层的摩擦因数均会明显增加,且在纤维增强剂质量分数一定情况下,其湿态的摩擦因数要高于干态的摩擦因数。[Objective]Anti-slip coatings for urban rail transit vehicles are typically applied to the surfaces of objects being contacted,forming a high-friction anti-slip surface,which could enhance the surface roughness and significantly improve frictional force,thereby boosting surface anti-slip performance.With the continuous advancement of urban rail transit vehicle technologies,it is essential to conduct an in-depth study of additives related to vehicle anti-slip coatings.[Method]Taking the mixture of SiC(silicon carbide)staple fiber and conventional anti-slip particles as research object,the high-performance fiber reinforcement agent of SiC staple fiber is incorporated into epoxy resin,and relevant experiments are conducted.The raw material formulas,instruments,and test procedures are introduced.The impact of varying mass fractions of fiber reinforcements agents on the overall performance,aging resistance,wear resistance,and friction coefficient of the coatings is investigated.The influence of fiber reinforcement dosages agent on the coating friction coefficient is studied under two conditions of dry state(′dry′)and wet state(′wet′).[Result&Conclusion]As the mass fraction of fiber reinforcement agent increases:the aging resistance of anti-slip coating significantly improves,with the friction coefficient of film coating peaking at a mass fraction of 10%;while the wear volume of the film coating initially decreases and then increases,reaching its minimum at a fiber reinforcement agent mass fraction of 5%.With the increase of fiber reinforcement agent mass fraction,the friction coefficient of the film coating increases markedly under both dry and wet states,and the wet-state friction coefficient is higher than the dry-state friction coefficient at a given fiber reinforcement agent mass fraction.
