旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴耦合协调研究——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

摘　　要：为探寻旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调关系,以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州为研究对象,在旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴耦合机理的基础上,建立评价指标体系,构建熵权法和耦合协调度模型,并对黔东南苗族侗族自治州2003—2022年旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴的综合发展水平及其耦合协调关系与变化趋势进行了研究。结果显示:资源基础和乡风文明分别对旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴系统的贡献份额最大,黔东南苗族侗族自治州旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调从“严重失调”类型发展到“良好协调”类型。目前,黔东南苗族侗族自治州旅游业高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调尚未进入“优质协调”等级。因此,在制定相关政策时,应强调实施旅游业高质量发展战略,促进乡村振兴工作,实现二者优质协调发展。To explore the coupling and coordination relationship between high-quality tourism development and rural revitalization in rural regions,taking Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,an evaluation index system was established based on the coupling mechanism between high-quality tourism development and rural revitalization.The entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model were constructed,and the comprehensive development level,coupling and coordination relationship,and changing trend of high-quality tourism development and rural revitalization in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture from 2003 to 2022 were studied.The results show that resource foundation and rural civilization have the largest contribution to the high-quality development of tourism and rural revitalization system,respectively.The coupling coordination between the high-quality development of tourism and rural revitalization in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture has developed from a"serious imbalance"type to a"good coordination"type.At present,the coupling coordination between the high-quality development of tourism industry and rural revitalization in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture has not yet been ranked as"high-quality coordination".Therefore,when formulating relevant policies,emphasis should be placed on implementing the strategy of high-quality development of tourism industry,promoting rural revitalization work,and achieving high-quality coordinated development of the two.
