摘  要:基于社会认知理论,通过对3个阶段调研收集到的353份问卷进行了数据分析,探讨了零工工作者自我领导影响其主动服务行为的作用机制及边界条件。研究结果表明:零工工作者自我领导能够促进其主动服务行为;角色宽度自我效能感在零工工作者自我领导与主动服务行为的关系中起中介作用;感知算法行为约束不仅削弱了零工工作者自我领导与角色宽度自我效能感之间的正向关系,还削弱了角色宽度自我效能感在零工工作者自我领导与主动服务行为之间的间接效应。Based on the social cognitive theory,this study explores the mechanism and boundary condition of the impact of self-leadership on proactive service behavior among gig workers.Through data analysis of 353 questionnaires collected at three phases,we get the results as follows:Gig workers’self-leadership has a positive effect on their proactive service behavior;Role breadth self-efficacy mediates the positive relationship between gig workers’self-leadership and proactive service behavior;Perceived algorithmic behavioral constraint not only mitigates the positive relationship between gig workers’self-leadership and role breadth self-efficacy,but also mitigates the indirect effect of role breadth self-efficacy in the relationship between gig workers’self-leadership and proactive service behavior.
