医用耗材二级库管理流程重构实践

摘　　要：目的加强重点医用耗材的监督和管理,提高医用耗材管理质量,保障医疗安全,控制医疗成本。方法基于流程重构和系统改造,通过一物一码的条码管理及库存管理,建立一种可追溯的医用耗材二级库管理方法。结果该方法实现了医用耗材从入库、使用、计费、出库、供应商结算的全流程信息化管理,保障了重点医用耗材使用的可追溯性。结论医用耗材二级库管理流程重构可减少耗材采购资金占压,降低医院运营压力,有效防范耗材多计费、错计费,提高耗材管理质量。Objective To strengthen the supervision of management of the key medical consumables,improve the quality of the medical consumables management,ensure medical safety and control medical costs.Methods Based on process reconstruction and system reforming,a traceable management method of medical consumables secondary warehouse was established through one-object-one-code barcode management and stock management.Results The system realizes the wholeflow management for medical consumables in-warehouse,using,charging,ex-warehouse and settlement by information means,and ensures the traceability of the key medical consumables.Conclusion Through the method,the hospital can reduce the capital occupation of consumables procurement and reduce the operating pressure.It effectively prevents the overbilling and misbilling of medical consumables,and improves the quality of consumables management.
