摘　　要：目的优化医技预约业务流程,改善患者就医体验,构建以患者为中心的医技预约服务体系,解决医技就诊过程中的诸多问题。方法优化患者诊疗业务流程,设计基于“互联网+”的医技预约服务平台,建立医技预约知识库,形成分布式的医技预约服务架构。结果围绕患者在医技科室检查的就医流程,构建了基于“互联网+”的患者医技预约服务体系,实现了就医全流程信息化。结论通过医技预约平台的应用,有效缩短了患者医技检查候诊时间,改善了患者就医体验,提高了医技科室的工作效率。Objective To optimize the medical examination appointment business process,improve patients’medical experience,build a patient-centered medical examination appointment service system,and solve many problems in the process of medical examination treatment.Methods Optimize the patient consultation business process,design a medical examination appointment service platform based on“Internet+”,establish a medical examination appointment knowledge base,and form a distributed medical examination appointment service structure.Results The medical examination appointment service system was built based on“Internet+”.The whole process of medical treatment has been informationized.Conclusion The application of the medical examination reservation platform has effectively shorten the waiting time for medical examination of patients,improved the patient’s medical experience,and the efficiency of the medical examination department.
