摘 要:该文提出高速公路绿色氢能制-储-用一体化系统应用场景;构建考虑系统中氢能制取、储存、运输以及建设运营投资等环节成本与考虑选址偏好的用户侧用氢成本的多目标规划数学模型;以中国西部某区域高速公路网为典型案例,验证该文方法体系的有效性,研究结果表明,模型可有效获取兼具供给侧与用户侧综合效益最优性的加氢站选址规划方案。The application scenario of green highway hydrogen energy production-storage-use integration system is proposed in this paper;a multi-objective planning mathematical model that considers the cost of hydrogen energy production,storage,transportation,construction and operation investment in the system and the cost of user-side hydrogen use in the consideration of siting preference is constructed;and the effectiveness of this paper’s methodology system is verified by taking the highway network of a certain region in the western part of China as a typical case.The results show that the proposed model can effectively obtain a hydrogen refueling station location planning scheme with the optimization of both supply-side and user-side comprehensive benefits.
