海上风电桩-桶复合基础吸力安装特性研究

摘  要:桩-桶复合基础沉放特性不同于打入式单桩基础,需准确评估安装过程中需要的吸力。基于模型试验与理论分析方法,研究吸力式桩-桶复合基础黏土中的沉放特性及需要吸力计算方法。结果表明:吸力式桩-桶复合基础可通过两步式安装方式沉放就位,相比较于打入桩可节约打桩成本;增加桶型基础分舱数量可有效实现对基础姿态矫正和下沉过程精细化控制;基于Su和CPT需吸力计算方法适用于评估基础下沉过程种需吸力预测,但吸力桩沉放会受到在位桶型基础影响,增加了沉放的需要吸力。The installation characteristics of pile-bucket composite foundations are different from those of driven monopile foundations,and it is necessary to assess the suction required during installation.Based on theoretical and experimental analysis,this paper studies the installation characteristics of suction pile-bucket composite foundation,the calculation methods of required suction are discussed.The results show that the suction pile-bucket composite foundation can be installed in place by two-steps,which can save the driving cost.By increasing the number of cabins of bucket foundation,the inclination can be controlled effectively in the sinking process.The calculation method based on Su and CPT is suitable for the prediction of the required suction during the evaluation of fundation subsidence,but the suction pile installation will be affected by the bucket foundation in place,which increases the required suction for installation.
