摘　　要：使用2023年贵州省农民工动态监测调查数据,分析差异化的社会交往模式对青年农民工就业质量的影响,运用倾向得分匹配法有效缓解数据不平衡问题。研究发现:(1)相比于与老乡“同质性”社会交往模式,与流入地城市居民“异质性”社会交往模式显著促进了青年农民工的就业质量。(2)“同乡集聚”强关系社会交往模式比“独来独往”更能促进青年农民工就业质量的提升;与当地居民“异质性”弱关系社会交往模式也对青年农民工就业质量有显著正向影响。(3)“异质性”的社会交往模式对于教育程度较高、更年轻一代的90后以及流入经济较发达地区青年农民工的就业质量促进效应更强。应充分重视青年农民工的社会交往行动取向,提升新生代农民工的市场竞争力和社会适应能力,积极应对青年农民工的就业风险和高质量发展问题。Using the dynamic monitoring survey data of migrant workers in Guizhou Province from 2023,this study analyzes the impact of differentiated social interaction patterns on the employment quality of young migrant workers.The propensity score matching method was used to effectively alleviate the problem of data imbalance.The study found that:(1)compared with the"homogeneity"social interaction pattern with fellow villagers,the"heterogeneity"social interaction pattern with urban residents in the inflow area significantly promoted the employment quality of young migrant workers.(2)The strong social interaction model of"gathering with fellow villagers"is more effective in promoting the improvement of employment quality for young migrant workers than"self-reliance";The weak social interaction mode with local residents'heterogeneity also has a significant positive impact on the employment quality of young migrant workers.(3)The social interaction model of"heterogeneity"has a stronger promoting effect on the employment quality of the post-90s generation with higher education levels and younger generations,as well as young migrant workers who have migrated to economically developed areas.This study suggests that attention should be paid to the social interaction orientation of young migrant workers to enhance the market competitiveness and social adaptability of the new generation of migrant workers,and actively address the employment risks and high-quality development issues of young migrant workers.
