摘　　要：遗传性血管性水肿是一种罕见的、以反复发作的皮肤和/或黏膜下水肿为主要表现的常染色体显性遗传病。为规范遗传性血管性水肿的诊断与治疗,本版共识参考大型临床研究数据及国内外指南及共识,经国内相关领域专家充分讨论,在2019年版《遗传性血管性水肿的诊断和治疗专家共识》基础上进行了内容更新,适用于中国成人及儿童遗传性血管性水肿患者。Hereditary angioedema is a rare,autosomal dominant inherited disease characterized primarily by recurrent cutaneous and/or submucosal edema.To standardize the diagnosis and treatment of hereditary angioedema,this consensus was revision and updated of the 2019 edition of the Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of hereditary angioedema,which established on large-scale clinical research data,domestic and international guidelines and consensuses,and thorough discussions among experts in relevant fields in China.It is applicable to both adult and pediatric patients with hereditary angioedema in China.
