苗药艾纳香艾片品质与土壤养分的相关性分析

摘  要:为探究艾纳香艾片品质成分积累与土壤养分的关系,试验以贵州省16个样地的栽培和野生艾纳香为研究对象,通过水蒸气蒸馏法测定艾纳香的艾片提取率;气相色谱法(GC)测定艾片的成分含量;理化分析法测定土壤养分含量;通过Pearson相关性分析土壤养分含量与艾纳香品质指标的关系。结果表明,艾片提取率最高为25.64‰,最低为1.99‰;艾片中左旋龙脑(L-龙脑)含量最高为94.22%,最低为73.76%。16个取样地土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量较低,大部分取样地土壤有效锌含量较低。艾片提取率与土壤有效镁含量呈极显著正相关,艾片中L-龙脑含量与土壤pH呈极显著负相关、与土壤有效钙含量呈显著负相关、与土壤碱解氮、有效锰含量呈显著正相关。因此,实际生产中,宜选择偏酸性、有效钙含量低的土壤种植艾纳香,并合理补充氮、镁、锰、锌肥以提高其艾片提取率和L-龙脑含量。In order to explore the relationship between the accumulation for quality components of Aipian Blumea balsamifera and soil nutrients,the experiment took the cultivated and wild Blumea balsamifera in 16 plots of Guizhou Province as the research object,and the extraction rate of Aipian Blumea balsamifera was determined by steam distillation.The content of components in Aipian was determined by gas chromatography(GC).The soil nutrient content was determined by physical and chemical analysis.The relationship between soil nutrient content and quality index of Blumea balsamifera was analyzed by pearson correlation.The results showed that the highest extraction rate was 25.64‰,and the lowest was 1.99‰.The content of L-borneol in Aipian was the highest(94.22%)and the lowest(73.76%).The contents of soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in 16 sampling sites were low,and the content of available zinc in most sampling sites was low.The extraction rate of Aipian was significantly positively correlated with soil available magnesium content.The content of L-borneol in Aipian was significantly negatively correlated with soil pH,significantly negatively correlated with soil available calcium content,and signifi cantly positively correlated with soil available nitrogen and available manganese content.In actual production,it is advisable to choose acidic soil with low available calcium content to plant Blumea balsamifera,and reasonably supplement nitrogen,magnesium,manganese and zinc fertilizers to improve the extraction rate of Aipian and the content of L-borneol.
