摘 要:以“盐乌1406”白首乌品种为试验材料,采用不同秸秆生物反应堆技术进行处理,通过测定白首乌叶片及主茎性状、抗病能力、块根产量和品质等指标,比较不同秸秆生物反应堆处理对白首乌块根生物量积累及抗病性的影响。结果表明,秸秆粉碎和秸秆内置式生物反应堆均能促进白首乌主茎生长,使其叶片颜色变深、叶面积增加,并能有效防治病害发生,显著提高了白首乌块根产量及生物活性成分的含量。秸秆粉碎生物反应堆处理下白首乌块根的多酚和黄酮含量最高,分别为0.38、4.85 mg/g,较对照组增长了18.75%、27.3%;产量最高,为1206.38 kg/667 m^(2),较对照增产12.64%。综合分析可得,与秸秆内置式相比,秸秆粉碎生物反应堆对白首乌块根品质和产量的提升效果更佳,更适合在白首乌生产中推广应用。The experimental material was the'Yanwu1406'variety of Cynanchum bungei Decne..Two methods commonly used in straw bioreactor technology,namely straw shredding and straw embedding,were applied.By measuring the leaf and main stem characteristics,disease resistance,tuber yield,and quality of Cynanchum bungei Decne.,the effects of different straw bioreactor treatments on tuber biomass accumulation and disease resistance were compared.The results showed that both straw shredding and straw embedding bioreactors could promote the growth of the main stems of Cynanchum bungei Decne.,resulting in darker leaf color,increased leaf area,effective disease prevention,significantly higher tuber yield,and content of bioactive components.The polyphenol and flavonoid contents of tuberous roots under straw shredding bioreactor treatment were the highest,0.38 mg/g and 4.85 mg/g,respectively,which increased by 18.75%and 27.3%compared with the control group,and the highest yield of 1206.38 kg/667 m^(2)per mu was recorded,which was 12.64%higher than the control.Comprehensive analysis showed that compared with straw embedding,the straw shredding bioreactor treatment had better effect on improving the quality and yield,and it was more suitable for popularizing and applying in Cynanchum bungei Decne.production.
