金融强国目标导向下的现代化金融体系建设路径方向

摘　　要：打造现代金融体系、金融机构和金融市场是建设金融强国目标的重要组成部分。本文论述了在金融强国这一目标导向下,建设现代化金融体系、金融机构和金融市场的必要性。振兴实体经济,推进新型工业化,是打造现代化金融体系所锚定的目标。文章立足世情、国情、行情分析指出我国建设现代化金融体系中存在金融体系抗风险能力有待加强、金融机构国际竞争力不足、缺乏国际话语权以及金融市场产品单一、制造业金融服务质效不高的问题。由此提出以下三点建议:全面加强金融监管,提高金融体系应对系统性金融风险的能力;提升金融机构海外业务经营能力,提高国际竞争力;优化金融市场融资结构和产品结构,补齐金融服务实体经济短板,助推新型工业化进程。Building a modern financial system,financial institution and financial market is an important part of the goal of constructing a powerful financial country.This paper discusses the necessity of building a modern financial system,financial institutions and financial market under the guidance of the goal of constructing a powerful financial country.Based on the analysis of the world situation,national conditions and market conditions.Pointing out that in the construction of China's modern financial system,there are some problems of the anti-risk ability of the financial system that needs to be strengthened,financial institutions lack international competitiveness and the right to speak,the financial markets’products lack variety and the ability of servicing manufacturing industry is low.Therefore,the following three suggestions are put forward:Comprehensively strengthen financial supervision and boost the ability of the financial system to cope with systemic financial risks;enhance overseas business operation capability and international competitiveness of financial institutions;improve financial structure and product structure of the financial market,resolve the weaknesses in financial services for substantial economy.
