数字商务发展水平测度与时空演化研究

摘　　要：本文基于数字商务基础、数字商务环境、数字商务应用三个层面构建数字商务综合评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、基尼系数、核密度估计等分析方法对2014—2022年30个省份数字商务的发展水平、区域差异、演变特征、空间相关性及阻碍数字商务发展的障碍因子进行探讨。结果显示:第一,研究期内,数字商务水平整体上呈现上升趋势;第二,区域间发展不平衡,东部地区显著高于其他地区,区域间差异是造成整体不平衡的主要原因;第三,数字商务发展水平呈现显著空间正相关性,东部地区多表现为高—高集聚,西部、中部及东北部地区多表现为低—低集聚;第四,阻碍数字商务发展水平的主要因子包括:跨境快递业务量、淘宝村数量、实际利用外资情况、贸易进出口总额、快递业务量等。本文结合研究结果提出:加强中西部及东北部地区的数字基础设施建设;实施差异化扶持政策,促进跨区域合作;优化数字商务生态系统,强化产业集聚效应等对策建议。This article constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for digital commerce based on three levels:Digital commerce foundation,digital commerce environment,and digital commerce application.It uses analysis methods such as entropy method,Gini coefficient,and kernel density estimation to explore the development level,regional differences,evolution characteristics,spatial correlation,and obstacle factors of digital commerce in 30 provinces from 2014 to 2022.The results show that during the research period,the overall level of digital commerce development showed an upward trend.Secondly,there is an imbalance in regional development,with the Eastern region significantly higher than other regions,and regional differences are the main reason for the overall imbalance.Thirdly,there is a significant spatial positive correlation in the development level of digital commerce,with high-high agglomeration in the Eastern region and low-low agglomeration in the Western,Central,and Northeastern regions.Fourthly,the main factors hindering the development level of digital commerce include cross-border express delivery volume,number of Taobao villages,actual utilization of foreign capital,total trade import and export volume,express delivery volume,etc.Based on the research results,we propose some suggestions,including strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure in the Central,Western,and Northeastern regions,implementing differentiated support policies to promote cross-regional cooperation,optimizing the digital commerce ecosystem,and enhancing industrial agglomeration effects.
