摘  要:传统铁鞋作为车辆防溜作业的常用工具,对车辆的安全运行提供了重要保障。传统铁鞋智能化程度不足,难以知晓设备当前所在的股道,容易出现错放或者漏撤等风险,如果不及时进行处理会造成行车安全。结合低功耗RFID技术、LoRa无线通信技术、超声波测距技术、加速度传感器技术开发了一款低成本、高准确率的股道占用识别系统。此系统能够精确识别出智能铁鞋所在的股道,同时确定其所在股道的里程数,减少了操作人员的工作量,提高了现场作业的管理水平。As a common tool for vehicle anti-slip operation,traditional iron shoes provide an important guarantee for the safe operation of vehicles.The traditional iron shoes are not intelligent enough,it is difficult to know the current stock channel where the equipment is located,and it is easy to have risks such as misplacement or omission,and if it is not dealt with in time,it will cause driving safety.Combined with low-power RFID technology,LoRa wireless communication technology,ultrasonic ranging technology,and accelerometer technology,a low-cost and high-accuracy strand occupancy identification system has been developed.The system can accurately determine the mileage of the strand where the smart iron shoe is located,and at the same time determine the mileage of the strand where it is located,reducing the workload of operators and improving the management level of on-site operations.
