摘  要:深部煤层瓦斯压力和含量急剧上升,回采期间邻近层瓦斯大量涌出,极易导致瓦斯超限事故。传统高抽巷技术卸压瓦斯抽采效果好,但施工工期长,成本高。为实现邻近层卸压瓦斯高效抽采,本文研究了顶板定向长钻孔“以孔代巷”瓦斯抽采技术的关键参数。基于数值模拟分析了顶板定向长钻孔不同高度、不同平距、不同间距下的瓦斯抽采效果,确定了最优布置参数,即距底板垂距35 m、距回风巷平距25~110 m、钻孔间距8 m,并在淮南朱集东矿1131(3)工作面开展现场试验验证。回采期间工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量达53.91 m3/min,顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量最大达43.54 m3/min,平均为27.22 m3/min,瓦斯抽采浓度最大达91%,平均为70.6%,平均抽采率为92%,瓦斯抽采效果显著。The gas pressure and content in deep coal seams increase sharply,which causes gas gushing out from adjacent layers during mining and gas overrun.The high pressure gas extraction technology is effective while long-period and high-cost.To achieve efficient pressure relief gas extraction in adjacent layers,this paper studies the key parameters of the directional long borehole layout gas extraction technology on the roof.Based on the numerical simulation,the gas extraction effect of the directional long borehole layout on the roof was analyzed under different heights,horizontal distances,and spacing.The optimal layout parameters were determined,namely a vertical distance of 35 m from the bottom plate,a horizontal distance of 25~110 m from the return air roadway,and a drilling distance of 8 m.The field experiments were conducted at the 1131(3)working face of Zhujidong Mine in Huainan,and the absolute gas emission during the mining period reached 53.91 m3/min.The maximum pure gas extraction amount of directional long boreholes on the roof was 43.54 m3/min,with an average of 27.22 m3/min.The maximum gas extraction concentration was 91%,with an average of 70.6%and an average extraction rate of 92%,proving the efficiency of the method.
