陕西省洛川县苹果矮砧密植栽培模式经济效益分析

摘　　要：苹果是我国重要的经济果树之一,也是陕西省洛川县主导产业。近年来,随着市场竞争的加剧,传统的苹果栽培模式已经难以满足消费者对苹果品质和品种的需求。以洛川县为例,采用问卷调查、实证研究等方法,研究矮砧密植栽培模式与乔砧栽培模式下苹果生产在成本结构、产出结构、成本收益等方面的差异,以期为果农在栽培模式选择上提供理论与实证依据。介绍苹果栽培模式概念和特点,分析洛川县苹果生产现状和问题,比较两种栽培模式下苹果生产各项指标,发现矮砧密植栽培模式具有显著的相对经济效益优势。Apple is one of important economic fruit trees in our country and dominant industry in Luochuan County,Shaanxi Province.In recent years,with intensifying market competition,traditional apple cultivation mode has made it difficult to meet con-sumers'demand for apple quality and variety.Taking Luochuan County as an example,differences in cost structure,output structure,cost and benefit of apple production under dawarf rootstock dense planting mode and vigorous rootstock cultivation mode were studied uti-lilzing a questionnaire survey and empirical research,as provided theoretical and empirical basis for fruit farmers to choose cultivation mode.Concept and characteristics of apple cultivation mode have been introduced,current situation and problems of apple production in Luochuan County were analyzed,indicators of apple production between two cultivation modes were compared,and it was found that cultivation mode of dawarf rootstock dense planting had obvious advantages of relative economic benefits.
