摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实数字化转型、“双碳”等国家战略,推进上海国际航运中心建设由“基本建成”向“全面建成”迈进,在梳理上海航运业数字化智能化绿色化转型(简称“三化转型”)现状、成效与问题的基础上,结合新形势新要求,对“十五五”期间上海航运业“三化转型”提出举措建议。In order to deeply implement the national strategies such as digital transformation,carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and promote the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center from"basically completed"to"fully completed",this paper sorts out the status quo,effectiveness and problems of the digital intelligent green transformation of Shanghai shipping industry(referred to as the"three transformations"),combines with the new situation and new requirements,puts forward measures and suggestions for the"three transformations"of Shanghai shipping industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
