摘　　要：综合交通网络对促进区域协同发展、落实长三角一体化发展战略起着基础性和引导性作用。公路是最基础、覆盖面最广泛的交通设施,尤以高速公路的时空效率最高。构建合理的高速公路对外通道,对加强核心城市与周边地区的路网对接,强化对周边地区的辐射带动作用,加快区域一体化发展至关重要。分析与预测上海对外出行需求,评估现状与规划年高速公路对外通道运行状况,以问题导向和目标导向为指引,贯彻一体化对路网体系的内涵要求,提出上海高速公路通道对外优化策略。The comprehensive transportation network plays a fundamental and guiding role in promoting regional coordinated development and implementing the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta.Highway is the most basic and widely covered transportation facilities,especially freeways,which have the highest spatiotemporal efficiency.Building a reasonable freeway external channel system is crucial for strengthening the connection between the core city and surrounding areas,enhancing the radiating and driving effect on surrounding areas,and accelerating the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.Firstly,the external travel demand of Shanghai is analyzed and predicted,then the operational status of the freeway external channels in current year and planning year is evaluated.Guided by problem-oriented and target-oriented approaches,the paper implements the requirements of the integrated road network system,and proposes optimization strategies for Shanghai's freeway channels.
