摘  要:针对某墩式重件码头桥机轨道梁采用钢悬臂梁结构时因桥机荷载大而引起悬臂结构强度要求高、刚度要求大和挠度控制难等一系列问题,结合桥梁技术,提出了新颖的钢架式悬臂梁结构并通过有限元分析验证其可靠性,结果表明钢架式悬臂梁结构综合了斜拉杆式和桁架梁式结构的优点,解决了桥机轨道梁钢结构轻量化问题的同时加大了悬臂梁有效长度,提高了轨道梁的承载能力和横向约束,降低了施工难度,在码头和桥梁技术融合上具有借鉴意义。In view of a series of problems,such as high strength requirement,high stiffness requirement and difficult deflection control of the cantilever structure caused by the steel cantilever beam structure used in the rail beam of a pier-type heavy-duty quay bridge crane,combined with bridge technology,a novel steel frame type cantilever beam structure is put forward.It combines the advantages of cable-stayed and truss beam,effectively increases the length of the cantilever beam,realizes the lightweight of the bridge crane rail beam steel structure,improves the bearing capacity and lateral restraint of the track beam,reduces the construction difficulty,and through the finite element analysis,the reliability of the steel-framed boom structure is verified,which can be used for reference in the fusion of wharf and bridge technology.
