摘  要:为确保某超临界二氧化碳布雷顿发电系统高温高压管道的本质安全,必须对其进行应力分析。通过对该高温高压管道的设计参数、工况条件、设备管口条件及其他外载荷条件等计算边界进行分析,确定了管道应力分析模型。按压力管道规范的评定准则,对模型计算结果做了详细的判定。结果表明:管道的一次应力和二次应力计算结果满足标准要求,设备管口受力满足设备要求,为超临界二氧化碳布雷顿发电系统管道提供了工程设计参考。To ensure the intrinsic safety of the high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline in a supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton power generation system,stress analysis must be performed.Through the analysis of the design parameters,working con-ditions,equipment pipe nozzle conditions and other external conditions of the high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline,the pipeline stress analysis model was determined.According to the evaluation criterion of pressure pipeline specification,the calcu-lation results of the model were judged in detail.The results show that the calculation results of the primary stress and secondary stress of the pipeline meet the requirements of the standard,and the force of the pipe nozzle of the equipment meets the require-ments of the equipment,providing engineering design reference for the pipeline of supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton power generation system.
