摘 要:天然气管网在运行过程中普遍存在积液现象,易导致输送效率降低、管道腐蚀等问题。因此采用TGNET软件开展新场气田中压管网积液情况评价,建立新场气田中压管网模型,开展仿真模拟计算,通过调整管道输送效率进行模型修正,根据模拟结果得到新场气田中压管网积液现状并对积液原因开展分析。结果表明:目前新场气田中压管网25%的管段存在不同程度的积液,主要受须家河深井一级分离效果不彻底的影响;TGNET管网模型适用于管道积液评价,可为清管作业提供技术支撑。Fluid loading is common in natural gas pipeline network during operation,often leading to reduced transportation efficiency,pipeline corrosion,and other problems.Consequently,TGNET software was employed to assess fluid loading within the medium pressure pipe network of the Xinchang gas field.A medium pressure pipeline network model of Xinchang gas field was built and simulation calculation was carried out.The model underwent modifications by adjusting the pipelines transportation efficiency.Based on the simulation results,an analysis of the current state of fluid loading in the medium pressure pipe network at Xinchang gas field was conducted and fluid loading reasons were analyzed.The results show that 25%of the medium pressure pipe network of Xinchang gas field has different degrees of fluid loading at present,mainly due to inadequate first-stage separa-tion effectiveness from the Xujiahe deep well.TGNET network model is suitable for evaluating pipeline fluid accumulation and can provide technical support for pigging operations.
