摘 要:为降低输气管道失效率,在对失效管道进行宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、腐蚀产物分析的基础上,研究了具体的腐蚀类型、腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理,通过SSC环境定级、腐蚀速率测定和经济性评价,确定了替换管材的优选步骤,形成了防腐措施序列。结果表明,管材的制管及成管要求满足相关规范,腐蚀类型为内腐蚀,氧腐蚀、垢下腐蚀和H_2S腐蚀是引发管道穿孔的主要原因;建议采用12CrMo作为失效管段的替换管材,该管材在耐蚀性和经济性上均满足现场工况需求。研究结果可为管道完整性管理水平的提升提供参考。In order to reduce the failure efficiency of the gas pipeline,the specific corrosion type,corrosion cause and corrosion mechanism were discussed on the basis of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and corrosion product analysis of the failed pipeline.The optimal procedure of replacing the pipe was determined through SSC environmental grading,corrosion rate measurement and economic evaluation.A series of anti-corrosion measures was formed.The results show that the requirements of pipeline making and pipeline forming meet the relevant specifications,corrosion type is internal corrosion,oxygen corrosion,scale corrosion and H2S corrosion are the main causes of pipeline perforation.It is recommended to use 12CrMo as the replacement pipeline for the failed pipe section,which can meet the requirements of the field conditions in terms of corrosion resistance and economy.The research results can provide reference for the improvement of pipe-line integrity management level.
