摘  要:文中研究自激振荡脉冲空化射流喷嘴的内部流场特性和射流性能,研究腔室直径对射流性能的影响,寻找喷嘴结构与运行状态参数的最佳配置。采用数值模拟分析方法对喷嘴内部流场进行研究。研究表明:随着喷嘴腔室直径的增大,其打击力脉冲幅值及其对应的峰值均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,腔室直径为23 mm时,自激振荡脉冲空化射流效果达到最佳状态。研究结果可为自激振荡脉冲空化理论在清洗领域的应用提供数据支持。In this paper,the internal flow field characteristics and jet performance of the self-excited oscillating pulsed cavi-tation jet nozzle were studied,the influence of cavity diameter on jet performance was studied,and the optimal confi-guration of nozzle structure and operating state parameters was sought.The flow field inside the nozzle was studied by numerical simulation.The results show that with the increase of nozzle cavity diameter,the amplitude of the impact force pulse and its corresponding peak value both increase first and then decrease.When the cavity diameter is 23 mm,the effect of the self-excited oscillating pulsed cavitation jet reaches optimal state.The research results can provide data support for the application of self-excited oscilla-tion pulse cavitation theory in the cleaning field.
