摘  要:文中以API15000法兰、盲板以及BX型环垫为研究对象,依据GB/T 150.3—2011标准确定105 MPa试压工况下螺栓预紧力,建立有限元模型,采用对称方式加载预紧力,分析了在预紧过程中BX型环垫的变形及其对密封面接触应力的影响,接触应力大小与预紧力线性相关,在密封面宽度方向呈下大上小的分布规律,20 000 N的预紧力加载梯度可保证圆周方向接触应力分布均匀;105 MPa试压工况下密封面接触应力大于比压力,表明密封效果良好,且水压试验无泄漏,螺柱最大Mises等效应力达869.85 MPa,应选用强度等级为10.9级的螺柱螺母。This paper took API15000 flange,blind plate and BX ring gasket as the research object.According to GB/T 150.3—2011 standard,the bolt preload force under 105 MPa pressure test condition was determined.The finite element model was established,and the preload force was loaded symmetrically.The deformation of BX ring gasket and its influence on the con-tact stress of sealing surface during preloading were analyzed.The contact stress was linearly related to the preloading force,and the distribution law was large down and small up in the sealing surface width direction.The preloading gradient of 20000 N can ensure the uniform distribution of the contact stress in the circumferential direction.Under the pressure test condition of 105 MPa,the contact stress of the sealing surface was greater than the specific pressure,indicating that the sealing effect was good,and there was no leakage in the water pressure test.The maximum von Mises stress of the stud was 869.85 MPa,and stud nuts with the strength grade of 10.9 should be selected.
