摘 要:某电厂检修中发现P91材质的主蒸汽弯头焊接接头区域硬度偏低,施工中需要将弯头进出口焊接接头热影响区切除,避免热影响区重复高温回火热处理带来的影响,这就要在原尺寸的弯头进出口的位置多更换一段直段。文中研究改变管道弯头曲率半径来解决焊接接头热影响区的问题。通过对管道弯头原始曲率半径与增大后的曲率半径在施工情况、局部损失、受力分析方面的比较,发现管道弯头曲率半径增大后施工更加方便,局部损失减小,在大口径管道内高参数流体影响下,弯头受力没有发生变化。因此,在大口径管道弯头需要更换时,可以通过增大弯头曲率半径的方法处理。In the maintenance of a power plant,it was found that the hardness of the welded joint area of the main steam elbow made of P91 material was low.In the construction,the heat affected zone of the welded joint of the elbow inlet and outlet should be removed to avoid the impact of repeated high temperature tempering heat treatment in the heat affected zone.This required the replacement of a straight section at the position of the elbow inlet and outlet of the original size.In this paper,the problem of heat affected zone of welded joint was solved by changing the curvature radius of bend pipe.By comparing the original curvature radius of pipeline elbow with the enlarged curvature radius in terms of construction conditions,local loss and force analy-sis,it was found that the construction of pipeline elbow with the increased curvature radius was more convenient,the local loss was reduced,under the influence of high parameter fluid in large-diameter pipeline,the bending force did not change.Therefore,when the large diameter pipe elbow needs to be replaced,it can be dealt with by increasing the curvature radius of the elbow.
