摘　　要：为实现石化管道膨胀节产品的安全运行与可靠维护,采用数字化、智能化技术对其进行改造,构建石化管道膨胀节智能运维管理系统。结果表明,该系统能够实现运行中膨胀节数据管理、数字化点检、运行状态在线监测等功能,完成了对石化管道膨胀节全方位的智能化管理,显著提高产品使用的安全性。In order to realize the safe operation and reliable maintenance of petrochemical pipeline expansion joint products,digital and intelligent technology was adopted to transform them,and an intelligent operation and maintenance management sys-tem dedicated to petrochemical pipeline expansion joint was constructed.The results show that the system can realize functions such as expansion joint data management,digital spot check and online monitoring of operation status during operation.The com-prehensive intelligent management of petrochemical pipeline expansion joint is completed,which significantly improves the safety of product use.
