摘　　要：随着当前我国检察系统司法责任制改革的不断深入推进,原有的发挥检察院集体智慧的检察委员会制度在具体的司法实践运行中表现出议事决策程序虚置化、检务工作不公开、阻碍检察官工作积极性等诸多现实司法困境。因此,必须通过合理定位检察委员会的工作职能,对检察委员会制度的运行进行完善,健全检察委员会组成人员的遴选机制、实行委员决议备案制、扩大列席议事决策事项的人员范围等相关路径,才能促进司法改革的步伐,适应司法责任制改革的需要。With the continuous and in-depth advancement of the reform of the judicial responsibility system within the procuratorial system in China,the original procuratorial committee system,which leverages the collective wisdom of procuratorates,has encountered numerous practical judicial difficulties in specific judicial practice,including formalistic decision-making procedures,lack of transparency in procuratorial work,and hindrance to the work enthusiasm of procurators.Therefore,it is imperative to promote the pace of judicial reform and adapt to the needs of the reform of the judicial responsibility system by reasonably positioning the working functions of the procuratorial committee,improving the operation of the procuratorial committee system,perfecting the selection mechanism for the members of the procuratorial committee,implementing a filing system for committee resolutions,and expanding the scope of personnel who attend and participate in decision-making matters.
