摘　　要：目的 构建肝癌化疗患者线上线下结合营养干预方案,以期为患者提供规范的营养干预措施。方法 通过文献回顾法初步拟定肝癌化疗患者线上线下结合营养干预方案,于2023年5—7月通过德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,确定方案内容。结果 18名专家完成函询,2轮有效函询问卷的回收率分别为95%和100%,专家权威系数分别为0.908和0.925,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.248和0.277,最终确定干预方案9个一级条目,26个二级条目和58个三级条目。结论 本研究构建的肝癌化疗患者线上线下结合营养干预方案,内容较全面,具有一定的科学性与实用性。Objective To construct an online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and to provide standardized nutritional intervention for patients.Methods The online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was developed after literature review and two rounds of expert correspondence between May and July 2023.Results Eighteen experts completed two rounds of correspondence,with a recovery rate of 95%and 100%for effective response,0.908 and 0.925 for expert authority and 0.248 and 0.277 for Kendall coordination,respectively.The final program consisted of 9 first-level,26 second-level,and 58 third-level items.Conclusion The online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in this study is of scientific and clinical significance.
