机电类特种设备监督抽查隐患实证分析——以江苏地区为例

摘　　要：机电类特种设备证后监督抽查隐患的实证分析对于揭示行业共性问题及提升整体安全保障水平具有重要意义。本文以江苏省2023年74家涵盖起重机械和场(厂)内专用机动车辆生产企业的证后监督抽查活动为例,统计了资源条件、质量保证体系和产品质量等方面问题,从人员、管理、设备和工艺方法等方面分析了原因,并提出了监管工作建议措施,希望能为机电类特种设备监督抽查工作提供参考。Empirical analysis of potential hazards in post-certification supervision and spot checks of electromechanical special equipment is of great significance for revealing common problems in the industry and improving the overall safety guarantee level.Taking the post-certification supervision and spot checks of 74 production enterprises covering hoisting machinery and special motor vehicles in factories(plants)in Jiangsu Province in 2023 as an example,this paper statistically analyzes the problems in resource conditions,quality assurance systems and product quality,analyzes the causes in terms of personnel,management,equipment and technological methods,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for supervision work,hoping to provide a reference for the supervision and spot checks of electromechanical special equipment.
