摘　　要：随着丙烷分布式能源供应系统的推广,带卸液泵小型液化石油气(商品丙烷)汽车罐车的运行管理办法需按市监特设发[2022]57号文件中的要求,技术上处于应用初期。本文提出了一种丙烷分布式能源供应装置的智能化监控系统建设方案,可通过数智集成技术实现带卸液泵小型液化石油气(商品丙烷)汽车罐车、小型储罐和管理平台的信息管理和监控,有效避免违规作业现象,大幅提升丙烷分布式能源供应系统的运营安全。With the promotion of propane distributed energy supply systems,the operation and management measures for small liquefied petroleum gas(commercial propane)tanker trucks with unloading pumps need to comply with the requirements of the Municipal Supervision and Administration Commission's special document〔2022〕No.57,which is technically in the early stages of application.This article proposes an intelligent monitoring system construction scheme for propane distributed energy supply devices,which can achieve information management and monitoring of pump tankers,small storage tanks,and management platforms through digital integration technology,effectively avoiding illegal operations and greatly improving the operational safety of propane distributed energy supply systems.
