大型核电厂反应堆冷装销安装技术研究

摘　　要：核电厂反应堆是用来布置核燃料、维持可控安全的核裂变,并将裂变释放的热量传递给传热介质的装置。反应堆内部的构件安装,是一项工艺流程复杂,技术要求高,精度控制难度大,环境要求苛刻,施工周期长的工作。而堆内构件中的冷装销安装,是整个构件安装工作中关键且施工难度大的安装工序,涉及冷装销结构测算分析,装配计算分析,冷却时间计算,安装技能练习等内容,并对分析计算结果进行试验验证,最终实现冷装销精准安装,达到技术标准要求,实现质量控制目标,从而探索出冷装销安装的最佳工艺过程控制方法,为核电厂冷装销的安装工作提供了可靠,实用的工艺逻辑和过程控制措施。The reactor is one of the most core equipment in the entire nuclear power plant.The installation of components inside the reactor is an extremely complex,highly technical,and difficult task to control accurately.The installation technique of shrink-fitting dowel pins in clevis is one of the highest technical content and highest technical content tasks in the entire component installation work.By calculating and analyzing the structure of the shrink-fitting dowel pins,analyzing the installation time,controlling the cooling time,and practicing the installation technology,precise installation of the shrink-fitting dowel pins was achieved,meeting the quality control requirements.The optimal control process for shrink-fitting dowel pins installation was obtained,providing reliable and effective process flow and experience feedback for the installation work of shrink-fitting dowel pins in nuclear power plants.
