摘  要:磨蚀现象常对周围的壁面造成严重损伤,是水力机械中广泛关注的问题。本文通过高速摄影系统对空泡生长溃灭形态演化和形心移动特性进行了分析并用Kelvin冲量研究了射流强度和方向变化特性,重点考虑了颗粒-壁面距离、颗粒-空泡距离和空泡最大半径的影响。研究发现:(1)空泡生长和溃灭受到颗粒和壁面的共同影响,出现了锥形、梨形、颈状结构甚至断裂等不同的形态,射流的方向发生偏转。(2)空泡中心移动距离受到颗粒和壁面距离以及颗粒与空泡距离的显著影响,随着两者的增大,形心移动距离分别减小和增大。(3)当颗粒和空泡间的距离增加时,射流强度先减小后增大,射流方向逐渐从朝向颗粒转变为朝向壁面。The abrasion phenomena frequently result in significant damage to the surrounding surface of walls,which is a scientific problem of great interest in hydromechanics.This paper analyzes the morphological evolution of the growth and collapse of the bubble and the moving characteristics through high-speed photography experimental system,uses Kelvin impulse to study the jet strength and direction change characteristics,focuses on the particle-wall distance,particle-bubble distance,and maximum radius of the bubble.The study found that:(1)the process of bubble growth and collapse was affected by both the particle and the wall,and the shape showed different situations such as conical,pear-shaped,neck-like structure and even fractures.Additionally,the direction of the jet was deflected.(2)The distance moved by the centroid is affected by the particle-wall distance and the particle-bubble distance,as the particle-wall distance increases,the centroid movement becomes closer;as the particle-bubble distance increases,the centroid movement becomes longer.(3)As the distance between the particle and the bubble becomes larger,the intensity of the jet initially decreases and then increases,the direction of the jet gradually changes from towards the particle to towards the wall.
