喷砂与空气等离子复合表面处理对Ni/CFRP粘接强度的影响及机理研究

摘  要:CFRP是未来最具发展潜力的轻量化材料,在实际的应用中经常会通过胶接技术与金属等异质材料进行连接。然而,目前金属与胶粘剂之间的粘接仍然存在强度不足、易脱粘等问题,成为金属/CFRP胶接结构中的薄弱环节。文章提出一种针对Ni板的喷砂与空气等离子复合表面处理工艺,通过基材与粘接界面物理形貌观察、化学成分析和单搭剪切实验等方法深入研究此复合表面处理工艺对Ni/CFRP接头粘接强度的影响和作用机理。一方面,喷砂与空气等离子复合表面处理不仅可以Ni板表面形成大量的微孔和沟槽,提升Ni板表面的粗糙度;另一方面,在Ni板表面引入大量活性官能团,能提高Ni板表面的亲水性和表面能,使胶粘剂可以更容易地渗透到Ni板表面的微孔之中。实验结果表明,经过喷砂与空气等离子复合表面处理后Ni/CFRP接头剪切强度可以达到28.5MPa,相比于仅清洗和仅喷砂的Ni板分别提升了19.2%和87.5%。Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)is the most promising lightweight material for future development,and in practical applications,it is often connected to heterogeneous materials such as metals through bonding technology.However,the bonding between metal and adhesive still has problems such as insufficient strength and easy detachment,becoming a weak link in metal/CFRP bonding structures.The article proposes a sandblasting and air plasma composite surface treatment process for nickel(Ni)plates.The influence and mechanism of this composite surface treatment process on the bonding strength of Ni/CFRP joints are deeply studied through methods such as physical morphology observation of the substrate and bonding interface,chemical composition analysis,and single lap shear experiments.On the one hand,sandblasting and air plasma composite surface treatment can not only form a large number of micropores and grooves on the Ni surface,but also improve the roughness of the Ni plate surface.On the other hand,introducing a large number of active functional groups on the surface of Ni plates can improve their hydrophilicity and surface energy,making it easier for adhesives to penetrate into the micropores on the surface of Ni plates.The experimental results show that after sandblasting and air plasma composite surface treatment,the shear strength of Ni/CFRP joints can reach 28.5MPa,which is 19.2%and 87.5%higher than that of Ni plates only cleaned and sandblasted,respectively.
