中国式现代化发展水平的定量测度与动态演进

摘　　要：以我国27个省份为研究对象,通过中经网数据库收集得到经济现代化、社会进程现代化、城镇区域现代化、生态文明现代化、治理能力现代化五个基本维度34个具体指标的数据。在定量评价的基础上,得出27个省份的中国式现代化发展水平的得分。实证分析结果表明,各省份中国式现代化以及经济现代化维度、社会服务现代化维度发展水平都呈现上升趋势,城乡融合现代化维度、生态文明现代化维度和治理能力现代化维度呈现出先上升后下降的变动趋势,省域之间存在不平衡,协调性不足。为推进我国各省份的中国式现代化,各省份应构建自我演进的现代产业体系,促进东中西部地区产业协调,推动城乡深度融合。东部地区省份重点要放在城乡融合和社会服务领域,中西部地区省份应加强经济建设。Using 27 provinces in China as research objects,34 specific indicators were collected from five basic dimensions:economic modernization,social process modernization,urban regional modernization,ecological civilization modernization,and governance capacity modernization,respectively,using the China Economic Network database.On the basis of quantitative evaluation,the scores of Chinese path to modernization development level of 27 provinces are obtained.The empirical analysis results show that the development level of Chinese path to modernization,economic modernization dimension and social service modernization dimension in each province shows an upward trend.The modernization dimension of urban and rural integration,ecological civilization modernization dimension and governance capacity modernization dimension show a trend of rising first and then declining.There is imbalance and lack of coordination between provinces.In order to promote the Chinese path to modernization of China's provinces,each province should build a self evolving modern industrial system,promote industrial coordination in the eastern,western and central regions,and promote the deep integration of urban and rural areas.The focus in the eastern region is on urban-rural integration and social services,while provinces in the central and western regions should strengthen economic development.
