摘 要:运用问卷调查法和结构方程模型研究地方美食旅游动机与游客行为意向的关系。研究结果表明,地方美食旅游动机对游客行为意向具有正向影响的假设部分通过验证,其中,美食品尝动机、美食品质动机、美食描述动机对游客行为意向具有显著的正向影响,美食外观动机对游客行为意向无显著影响。美食品尝动机和美食描述动机是影响游客行为意向的两个重要因素。因此,对于旅游城市而言,要大力宣传地方美食资源,提升地方美食知名度和影响力;注重提升地方美食品质,实现地方美食绿色化、标准化发展;规范地方美食描述内容,真实反映地方美食信息,让游客心理预期与实际体验相匹配。This article uses questionnaire survey method and structural equation model to study the relationship between local cuisine tourism motivation and tourist behavioral intention.The research results indicate that the hypothesis of the positive impact of local food tourism motivation on tourist behavioral intention has been partially validated.Among them,food tasting motivation,food quality motivation,and food description motivation have significant positive effects on tourist behavioral intention,while food appearance motivation has no significant effect on tourist behavioral intention.The motivation for food tasting and the motivation for food description are two important factors that affect tourists'behavioral intentions.Therefore,for tourist cities,it is necessary to vigorously promote local food resources,enhance the visibility and influence of local cuisine;Focus on improving the quality of local cuisine and achieving green and standardized development of local cuisine;Standardize the description of local cuisine,truthfully reflect local cuisine information,and match tourists'psychological expectations with their actual experiences.
