摘 要:为获得性能优异的超疏水光催化材料,通过浸泡和喷涂的方法合成了一种超疏水海绵,将聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)与四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))颗粒、二氧化钛(TiO_(2),P25)颗粒分别在乙酸乙酯(EtOAc)中光接枝,然后负载于海绵上,获得超疏水P25@Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS海绵,实现了对含油废水的高效分离和对染料的高效降解。使用接触角仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜对其进行表征,探究了PDMS、EtOAc、Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS、P25@PDMS的比例对其超疏水性能的影响,对其油水、乳液分离性能进行了测试。结果表明:超疏水P25@Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS海绵对二氯甲烷、氯仿和四氯化碳3种重油分离效率高达98.6%以上,对有机溶剂的吸附量在21.3~56.9 g/g之间,24 h吸附了几乎所有乳化油。此外,超疏水海绵对尼罗红还具有一定的光降解能力。该超疏水P25@Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS海绵具有良好的机械稳定性和化学稳定性,经过100次摩擦,水接触角仍大于150°,在酸、碱、盐和高温条件下,依然能够保持优异的超疏水性能。该超疏水海绵原料对环境无害、价格便宜且易于大量获取,具有良好的应用前景。To obtain a superhydrophobic photocatalytic material with excellent performance,a superhydrophobic sponge was synthesized using immersion and spraying methods.Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was photografted with ferric tetraoxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))particles and titanium dioxide(TiO_(2),P25)particles in ethyl acetate EtOAc,and then loaded onto the sponge to create a superhydrophobic P25@Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS sponge,which demonstrated efficient separation of oily wastewater and efficient degradation of dyes.It was characterized using a contact angle meter,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy,and the effect of the ratio of PDMS,EtOAc,Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS and P25@PDMS on its superhydrophobic properties was explored,and its oil-water and emulsion separation properties were tested.The results showed that the superhydrophobic P25@Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS sponge has a separation efficiency of more than 98.6%for three heavy oils:dichloromethane,chloroform and carbon tetrachloride.The adsorption capacity of organic solvents ranged from 21.3 to 56.9 g/g,and almost all emulsified oils were adsorbed in 24 hours.In addition,the superhydrophobic sponge has a certain photodegradation ability for Nile red.The superhydrophobic P25@Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDMS sponge has good mechanical and chemical stability.After 100 times of friction,the water contact angle was still greater than 150°.It can maintain excellent superhydrophobic properties under acidic,alkaline,saline and high-temperature conditions.The raw materials for the superhydrophobic sponge are environmentally friendly,inexpensive and easily accessible in large quantities,so it has good application prospects.
