摘　　要：Aremarkable feature of the profound changes unseen in centuries is the major shift in the international balance of power,with one of the most important changes being the rise of the Global South.The Global South is not a small bloc but a group of nations that refers to the vast majority of developing countries.Aggregating and designating these developing countries as a group and as the Global South carries significant special meaning.Although countries of the Global South differ significantly in their domestic political systems,economic development level,foreign relations,and social and cultural lives,they share a consensus on many major issues,particularly in the domain of autonomous development,promoting cooperation,maintaining open world order,and advocating for a more equitable and reasonable international order.
