摘  要:基于甘油塑化油茶麸粉体/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料由于甘油表面迁移(简称“出油”)引发性能缺陷,本文主要探究使用不同聚合度的多聚甘油研究其出油并观察力学性能的特征。研究结果表明:使用多聚甘油可以有效地控制其出油;在力学性能测试的过程中,出现了常规断裂、长断裂及短断裂等三种断裂方式,并发现了断裂伸长率的标准差会随着甘油聚合度增大而提高;此外,发现了六聚甘油的标准差低于同系列多聚甘油,略高于单体甘油的现象,由于六聚甘油在加工过程中形成了相对稳定的环状结构引起。Based on the performance defects caused by glycerol surface migration(referred to as“oil discharge”)in glycerol plasticized Camellia oleifera bran powder/polylactic acid(PLA)composite materials,this article mainly explores the characteristics of oil discharge and mechanical properties observed using polyglycerols with different degrees of polymerization.The research results indicate that the use of polyglycerol can effectively control its oil discharge;in the process of mechanical performance testing,three fracture modes were observed:conventional fracture,long fracture,and short fracture.It has been found that the standard deviation of fracture elongation will increase with the increase of glycerol polymerization degree;in addition,it has been found that the standard deviation of hexaglycerol is lower than that of the same series of polyglycerols and slightly higher than that of monomer glycerol,suggesting that it may be caused by the formation of a relatively stable cyclic structure during the processing of hexaglycerol.
